| Aramburo Enterprises was established in 2002 by Charles Aramburo and Timothy Aramburo. They envisioned a self-sustaining real estate investment and development company that would reinvent urban areas into innovative and aesthetically pleasing neighborhoods. Their painstaking restorations of historic landmarks are reflective by the properties resembling their original grandeur. They strive to balance their construction projects with a mix of apartments and retail outlets to meet the needs of today’s busy households. Their projects enhance communities with an abundance of green spaces to make the home environment of families pleasant and usable. With all of their properties they allocate a portion of their units with reasonable rental rates for economically challenged households. |
